About

Who we are

The Ogun State Signage and Advertising Agency (OGSAA) was established by the Ogun State Signage and Advertising Agency Law, 2008 as a statutory body of the Ogun State Government

The Agency is responsible for the regulation, control, and management of all forms of outdoor advertising and signage within Ogun State. Its creation underscores the government’s commitment to promoting aesthetically appealing, environmentally responsible, and economically beneficial Out-of-Home Advertising that enhances the visual identity of Ogun State, drives internally generated revenue, supports youth productivity, and safeguards the environment from the negative impacts of visual pollution.

Vision of the Agency

Our vision is to protect the environment from the potential adverse impact of visual blights while ensuring that all outdoor structures are compatible with their surrounding land use. We are committed to being at the forefront of outdoor advertising regulation, promoting practices that uphold environmental protection, visual harmony, and sustainable urban development.

Mission of the Agency

Our mission is to establish and maintain a comprehensive database of all outdoor advertising structures, detailing their owners, operators, locations, and operational purposes. We aim to promote aesthetically appealing out-of-home advertising and displays that add value to Ogun State and its key stakeholders. Above all, we are committed to ensuring that all outdoor advertising activities align with state policies, urban development goals, and environmental standards for a more organized and visually balanced environment.
