The General Manager of the Ogun State Signage and Advertising Agency (OGSAA), Fola Onifade, FRPA, has expressed commendation and appreciation for the leadership of the Young Lawyers Forum, Abeokuta, following a courtesy visit paid to his office by the Forum’s Chairman, Clarkson Adebayo, and the Chairman of the Continuous Legal Education Committee, Ikechukwu Chunuwe.
The General Manager described the visit as timely, encouraging, and reflective of the growing awareness among Ogun State’s professional community of the important role that regulatory agencies play in shaping a structured, responsible, and investment-ready environment for business and commerce across the state.
Speaking after the meeting, Fola Onifade, FRPA, commended the Young Lawyers Forum for demonstrating the kind of civic consciousness and institutional engagement that strengthens governance and deepens public trust in regulatory bodies.
“We are encouraged by visits of this nature. When professional bodies take the initiative to engage directly with regulatory institutions, it sends a strong signal that the people of Ogun State are invested in the standards that govern their environment. That is exactly the kind of partnership OGSAA exists to nurture and sustain.” — Fola Onifade, FRPA, General Manager, OGSAA.
The General Manager further affirmed that OGSAA remains fully committed to its mandate under the Ogun State Signage and Advertising Agency Law, 2008 — promoting aesthetically appealing, legally compliant, and morally responsible Out-of-Home advertising across all three senatorial districts of Ogun State — and that the agency welcomes continued engagement with professional bodies, civil society organisations, and all stakeholders who share that commitment.
OGSAA views the visit by the Young Lawyers Forum as a testament to the growing institutional confidence in the agency and an affirmation of its role as a credible, accessible, and responsive regulatory authority in Ogun State.
The Agency looks forward to a continued and productive partnership with the Young Lawyers Forum, Abeokuta, and all professional bodies committed to the social and commercial development of Ogun State.
